Our client who is a well established Independent Business Travel Company with offices throughout the UK and Europe are now looking for an Business Travel Implementations/Engagement Manager. The role involves taking a customer through a structured on-boarding process from consultancy during the requirements phase, gathering data, building relationships, creating communication and training plans and working towards tight time scales to meet agreed targets.
