Business Travel Online Administrator / Helpdesk Support, Glasgow,

Our Client who are an award winning Global Travel Management Company are on a recruitment drive due to continued and sustainable growth within their
sectors. They are looking for a Business Travel Online Administrator / Helpdesk Support to service online clients to the profit of the Company and the service
level agreements agreed with the client by providing excellent customer service at all times, building relationships and ensuring the efficient processing of all bookings and queries received

The responsibilities of the Business Travel Online Administrator / Helpdesk Support:

• Fulfil requests relating to Online reservations and provide user support for the online booking tools
• Ensure all online reservations are completed successfully and where required
• Take ownership and responsibility for all client queries handled until successfully concluded
• Ensure all administration duties are completed accurately and within a timely manner
• Where applicable ensure that all fare rules, regulations and conditions are given correctly with a full explanation
• Ensure awareness of key preferred suppliers
• Comply with and work towards achieving KPI’s
• Ensure that agreed service levels are maintained and any problems are reported to your line manager in a timely fashion and in the agreed format
• Adhere to the organisation’s policy and procedures on information security and take whatever actions are required to safeguard data and assets

The skills required for the Business Travel Online Administrator / Helpdesk Support:

• Monitor and manage own workload whilst ensuring that service levels are met
• Provide a complete service to customers, responding to a mixture of written and telephone communication
• Keep up to date on procedures relevant to the job tasks
• To respond to changing business needs and reprioritise own time accordingly
• At least 1 years’ experience of being an Online Helpdesk Advisor ideally within travel
• Knowledge of using a GDS is an advantage

The Online Administrator / Helpdesk Support would ideally suit someone currently in an online/office travel administration role wanting to move into Business Travel and work Mon-Fri
