Business Travel Operations Executive, Manchester, up to £27k
Our client is an award winning Global Business Travel Management agency that continues to expand. This prestigious company is looking for an Operations Executive to support their internal Business Travel Consultants in the UK and APAC with fares, GDS and online issues.

The responsibilities of the Business Travel Operations Executive are as follows:

  • Responsible for all aspects of in-house training, creating & administering new procedures, working closely with all global agents to offer GDS support, fare advise & ticketing/reissue assistance.
  • The position will involve some administrative duties including refund management, QC tool programming & quality control of PNRs
  • Refund processing
  • GDS support and Fare support
  • Software support & testing
  • Quality control
  • Administering staff personal & business travel requests
  • General operational administrative tasks

The skills required for the Business Travel Operations Executive are:

  • Minimum of 4 years Business Travel Experience
  • GDS trained especially in Galileo
  • Has an interest in technology
  • Wants to become an expert in fares, ticketing and enjoys assisting others
  • Enjoys delivering training
  • Detailed and accurate

The ideal candidate would be an agent who wishes to utilise & share their skills within an operational position with minimal customer contact.
