Business Travel Out of Hours Operations Manager, South East, £40k

Our client is a TMC that is continually expanding. Due to expansion they are looking for an Operations Manager to take complete ownership of a new OOH's team.

The responsibilities of the Out of Hours (OOH) Operations Manager is as follows:

  • Recruitment of Business Travel Staff for new OOH's team.
  • Prepare rota for OOH's team based on a monthly schedule
  • Conduct 1-2-1's and appraisals
  • Attend client meeting reviews
  • Hands on assistance of receiving calls and assisting clients

The skills required for the Out of Hours Operations Manager (OOH's) team are as follows:

  • Previous Operations Manager experience is essential.
  • Ideally previous OOH's experience would be preferable
  • Able to take complete ownership of the division
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • People Management and leadership skills
  • GDS booking experience essential
