Reservations Supervisor required for an ever expanding Travel Management Group in Essex.
Are you commuting from Essex into London and seeking that step up to management without the big journey? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business travel lead agent or supervisor looking for their next step.
As the Reservations Supervisor you will be accountable for the consistent delivery of excellent service to all of the clients. You will provide a dynamic leadership approach for all customer service functions, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered and prioritised by our business.
Key Accountabilities will include:
*Day to day operational running.
*Setting and communicating operational service standards in accordance with company policy and objectives.
*Identifying and agreeing individual and team service targets and performance objectives that will support the business in achieving its overall business goals.
*Monitoring and reviewing all performance indicators, taking appropriate action when performance standards are not achieved.
*Establishing and implementing best operational working practices, policies and processes, ensuring that they are documented, monitored, reviewed and developed. Manage the Helpdesk and assign tickets accordingly.
*Promoting and maintaining a "Customer First" culture in all areas, so that service standards are prioritised and everyone is committed to the on-going achievement and improvement of service standards.
*Working closely with other departments to ensure that operational service standards are fully integrated with every other business function so that clients receive a "seamless" service.
*Handling customer complaints and service failures and making sure they are resolved as quickly as possible.
*Deputise for the Head of Customer Services as required.
To be successful in this post of Reservations Supervisor:
*You will have previously lead a corporate travel team as a Lead Agent, Business Travel Team Leader or Supervisor.
*Have a proven track record of providing customer service within a B2B environment.
*Full user experience on the GDS Galileo system
*Qualifications including VA Fares & Ticketing Level 1&2 or equivalent
*Thorough knowledge and understanding of how corporate travel fares are built.
*Knowledge and understanding of operational processes
A starting salary of £ 24,000 - £ 28,000 plus is available for the successful candidate along with some great company benefits
Working shifts between 8:30am to 6:00pm
