We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to lead a team of Business Travel Consultants for our client based in the City. You would be responsible for the day to day management of an operations team servicing mixed clients.

Business Travel Supervisor Duties:

  • Ensure the team operates with the highest level of customer service
  • Implement and update office systems and procedures
  • Attend training courses when required 
  • Arrange 
  • all aspects of travel along with the rest of the team
  • Respond to complaints
  • Deal with internnal communication
  • Utilise monthly agent productivity reports
  • Hold regular team meetings

Business Travel Supervisor Experience:

  • xperience of leading a team
  • Minimum 8 years operational background (pref Business Travel)
  • Proficient on a GDS - pref Galileo or Sabre
  • Excellent Business Travel knowledge

Business Travel Supervisor Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Confident approach
  • People management skills
  • Approachable
