We’re recruiting for a fantastic new Business Travel Support Analyst role in Greater Manchester. Our client is a successful and growing Corporate Travel organisation and they’re looking for a highly organised and customer focused team player to join them in a busy and often pressurised environment. Perhaps you’re a tech-savvy Business Travel Consultant looking for a change in direction, or maybe you’re working in a support role within the Business Travel sector? Experience within the corporate travel sector is essential and you’ll be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge and a sound understanding of travel technology including GDS, online booking tools and back office systems. This is an interesting new role which involves a variety of tasks and responsibilities ranging from product testing and development to offering high levels of customer support and problem solving. Managing customer expectations and maintaining excellent communication are key! Role of Business Travel Support Analyst:

  • Supporting a variety of customers across the corporate travel sector
  • Offering high levels of customer service and managing customer expectations
  • Problem solving where necessary
  • Assisting with product development, testing, delivery and implementation
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the corporate travel sector and related travel technology

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous experience within the Business Travel sector
  • Good working knowledge of GDS, online booking tools and other systems
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage client expectations
  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a busy team
