Business Travel Team leader required for this well-established Travel Management Company. Working in their London offices, motivating and developing results within a team of Business travel consultants.
The Job:
*Keeping track of targets
*Keep on top of the debtors, assist team members with collection issues
*Hiring staff and new team member training
*Training and development of team members. Monitoring performance and review of performance
*Holding a daily structured morning hangout
*In charge of holiday requests
*Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems
*Oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
*Being a point of escalation for client issues, concerns and handling customer complaints
*Communicates management strategy, deadlines and goals to team members
Skills Required:
*Previous Business Travel working experience
*Excellent fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares
*Exceptional worldwide flights knowledge coupled with good selling skills to handle new airfare contracts etc.
*Working knowledge of a GDS system (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus)
*A fast and flexible working attitude
*Experience in managing and leading teams
