A fantastic activity centre in Cambridge is currently looking for an experienced Caf Manager to manage the catering team and bring new ideas to the company.
The Role: * You would be working alongside the Caf Cook and Assistant Team Leader to successfully run the caf and ensure customers expectation of food and drink and customer service are met * Will be responsible for the monitoring and control of stocks and wastage * Work with the management team, on purchasing and other projects as required * Manage the team rotas and holiday schedule * Ensure good timekeeping and performance by staff * Hours entailed will be set according to open hours of the centre based on 40 hour working week
Skills and Experience: * The successful Caf Manager should come from a similar background with good customer service * Have excellent communication skills * Be an enthusiastic team player with good management skill * Have good initiative * IT skills of word and excel would be ideal * An updated DBS check
