A Call Centre Sales Manager is required to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial company due to continual structural growth and success. As Call Centre Sales Manager within an effervescent office environment you will be responsible for the daily management within the contact call centre, helping to hit personal and group targets, whilst also providing excellent sales and product training.

The ideal Call Centre Sales Manager will have 3+ years’ experience within contact centre sales management and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the tele-sales industry. As Call Centre Sales Manager you will have significant experience working in customer and target focused environments, highly commercially aware leader and self-starter, with good numeracy skills and the ability to motivate a team in high pressured situations and manage change effectively. On top of all this with you will be able to make good decisions.
