A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at our flagship Victoria Casino for a Casino host who can communicate fluently in both English and Madarin

Your key accountabilities include:


Welcoming and developing contact with new members
Addressing customers by name, recognising individual needs and responding appropriately
Liaising with Management to ensure complimentary food and beverage is distributed correctly
Actively seek to increase customer retention
Defuse any potential or actual customer problems
Working as part of a team


The ideal candidate will have:


The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
A strong focus on customer service
Experience in a customer-facing environment
Excellent networking and prioritisation skills
Aware of the importance of teamwork
Flexibility with regards to shift times, and willing and able to work night shifts and weekends
Legal entitlement to work in the UK


This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, working 5 shifts out of 7. As a 24 hour leisure operation shifts will include nights and weekends.
