Pembroke College seeks to appoint a Catering/Events Manager. The holder of this key post will report directly to the Bursar. The main purpose of this post is to manage and oversee the promotion, development and delivery of outstanding catering and conference services.

The post-holder will co-operate closely with the Front of House/High Table Manager and the Head Chef, liaise with the Steward, the Master, Fellows, students and College guests.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to work calmly under pressure, be tolerant and mature with a positive outlook. Ideally the ambitious individual will have either College or restaurant experience.
