Do you have experience of working within a busy retail environment and thrive on delivering excellent customer service as part of a highly effective team? Our client is seeking to appoint a Catering Operative to effectively and efficiently deliver a range of catering services within the overall refectory area of the College. You will be required to contribute to the preparation of food and cooking of food/beverages as well as serving customers within both the Coffee Bar and the main food outlet.
A part of your responsibility will also include assisting the Catering Manager in menu planning, stock control and cleaning of the kitchen work areas including floors, refectory area, tables, chairs as allocated in the cleaning schedule.
If you have a working knowledge and understanding of good cookery and correct working practices in a kitchen environment, preferably with a food hygiene certificate, a good level of numeracy and the ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team then they look forward to receiving your application.
