Fantastic role, in the heart of beautiful Stratford upon Avon, working in a consistently busy, very well organised hotel brigade.

You will be involved in high volume banqueting primarily, so some experience in this field would be ideal, although there is of course the hotel a la carte and bar menus to consider alongside room service and breakfast service.

You will be responsible for a variety of the sections within the kitchen, so knowledge and experience across the kitchen function is essential.

There is no staff accommodation with this role, so the ability to commute in and out of Stratford is obviously essential.
