Your role will be to take incoming enquiries from customers, be it group or individual bookings and convert them. Being a proactive person and converting business should be in your DNA, but the role is also centred around the customer and delivering brilliant service on every single call. Day to day task will include; Delivering world class customer serviceTaking incoming calls from customersConverting enquiries Working as part of a buzzing teamWorking towards targets Working in a call centre environment This role is working 5 days our of 7 between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Usually you will work between 1 and 2 weekends per month. So, being flexible is key to this role. It is also preferable that you have used the 'opera' hotel system perviously but not essential.
