The Mercure Bloomsbury Hotel in London are currently seeking a Chef de Partie. Having just opened a Marco Pierre White eatery within the hotel we are looking for someone with experience working within a busy restaurant. It will be your mission to ensure that the standards of service delivery matches the investment that has been made in this hotel.
