Children and Family Activity Manager - permanent (Moonfleet Manor Hotel, Nr Weymouth)

Permanent Children and Family Activity Manager Moonfleet Manor Hotel is a beautiful family oriented hotel located on the edge of the Fleet Lagoon, 7 miles east of Wymouth.

We are currently looking to recruit a Children and Family Activity Manager to oversee and work in our kids club looking after children up to the age of 8 years old and create and run a programme of activities for older children and families around the hotel and grounds. You must hold previous experience in childcare and be NVQ level III qualified. You should also be familiar with and able to work with OFSTED regulations. Part of the Luxury Family Hotels collection you will find many children visiting our hotel with their families looking for lots of fun and a magical experience.

We provide a 7 day a week service with 2 sessions a day. You should be able to work 5 days a week over a 7 day period. We are particularly busy during weekends and school holidays. We are looking for someone who can create a welcoming and warm atmosphere, can socially interact with the children whilst providing a learning experience in a fun environment. You must have lots of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and be constantly looking to take our product forward. Computer literacy and the ability to recruit, train and manage a team are also key to this role. In addition to a competitive salary, you would also be entitled to a share of tips, uniform, meals on duty and the chance to stay at our sister hotels within Luxury Family Hotels.
