We are looking to recruit a Client Concierge and Operations Manager for our client who is an outstanding Tour Operator with various awards within the Travel Industry and has great reputation and depth.
This is a customer service and leadership role and we are looking to recruit a proactive and organised people person to support the sales team while taking ownership for the customer journey.
The Client Concierge and Operations Manager will take responsibility managing the concierge and operations team and will oversee pre and post trip administration including the finer client specifics and all concierge requirements while ensuring the highest possible standards of service and support are met.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who is able to use their initiative and think outside of the box. They will have a proven record in customer service and will possess excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills. They will thrive on creating and maintaining lasting customer relationships.
No two days are the same and it is of paramount importance that the candidate can work to deadlines and under pressure. They will need a flexible, can do attitude.
There is scope to develop the position in the ongoing quest to improve and enhance the customer experience and the systems and processes that support the sales team.
