Duties for the Client Concierge & Sales Support role include:

  • Taking ownership of the customer journey from beginning to end.
  • Assist with pre and post trip administration including the finer client specifics and all concierge requirements
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Ensuring the highest possible standards of service and support are met.
  • Assist with the improvement of the sales support systems, booking processes and client documentation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Customer service, administration and/or sales support within the travel industry is essential
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
