Our client is looking for a German speaking Client Relations Executive to take over client enquiries once the sales team have secured the booking.

You will be their main point of contact throughout the generation of quotations, the operations of the tours, all whilst delivering excellence service.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide the right products and prices to suit the client’s needs

·         Competitor analysis

·         Work towards KPI’s including quote turnaround, conversion of enquiries, add on’s etc

·         Work closely with the Product Team to ensure you provide them with the correct details to book all the required services

·         Create and issue final itineraries, invoices and vouchers

·         Attend client visits as and when required within the UK and abroad

·         Attend and join clients on FAM trips

·         Create promotions and special offers to be sent out to new and existing customers

·         Assist the Product and Sales teams as and when required

Person Specification:

·         Fluent in English & German

·         A good working knowledge of MS Packages

·         The want to deliver excellent customer service

·         Results driven

·         Commercially aware

·         High attention to detail

·         Excellent verbal or written communications

·         Able to make decisions using your own initiative

·         Excellent organisational skills

·         Tourism industry experience or a Tourism degree desirable

·         A further language desirable
