Client Service Director - Travel PR Agency - an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven client manager to join a dynamic and ambitious travel communications consultancy with a strong company culture, based in Oxfordshire.
Client Service Director - Responsibilities - as the Client Service Director, you will play an integral role in ensuring that clients are retained, developed, their business needs are understood, and they receive the maximum possible return for their investment. You will maintain relationships with key senior clients and recognise potential problems and direct teams in overcoming these. You will take a leading role in designing a cohesive business strategy across the Sales, PR and Digital divisions and will be responsible for setting revenue targets and ensuring these are delivered on.
Reporting directly to the MD, you will manage senior team members across all three divisions and will take a leading role in the development and upskilling of the entire company through devising a company-wide training plan. You will be tasked with reviewing recruitment and retention strategies and embedding company values in the team.
