CONTRACT: TEMP - PERM MUST HAVE: ENHANCED CRB / SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED TYPE OF JOB: Client services Receptionist coordinator For Government contract JOB ROLE: To manage and take responsibility of the client floors ensuring that all areas meet the standards set, and to continually look for ways to improve the environment for the customers on site. SALARY: 25,000 when Permanent. HOURS: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. DUTIES: Customer service all for clients in the Building Ensure the smooth running of all facilities services in the buildingEstablish good working relationships with colleagues on site in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partnerTo complete daily floor check and report all faults to the Facilities ManagerMaintain a professional image at all times, ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy and ready for businessMaintain high levels of cleanliness in designated areas at all times.Ensure all tasks/ issues that are reported and a record of all tasks is kept up to date and managed through to completionLiaise closely with the maintenance team to ensure they are kept up to date with what's required completion on site SKILLS REQUIRED: Demonstrable experience in a customer facing or customer service role with a strong customer service backgroundExperience of Facilities and front-of-houseGCSE standard in English and Maths or equivalent If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
