Client Support Executive – Graduate & Adventure Travel – west London - £21k

 

A Client Support Executive is wanted by a leading, growing and award-winning travel company who are highly regarded for their ethical, sustainable and responsible travel approach to some of the world’s most exotic and ‘off-the-beaten track’ travel destinations.  As Client Support Executive, you will provide support to both customers and the sales team pre-travel, helping people prepare for their once in a life time travel experience to some of Earths most breathing taking destinations.

 

Client Support Executive – Graduate & Adventure Travel – what will I be doing all day?

  • Answering telephone, with knowledge and politeness. Filtering phone calls.
  • Obtaining letters of invitation, visa authorisation codes or any other documentation required by the client in order for them to be apply for any required visa
  • Processing client booking forms, taking payments, issuing receipts and chasing final balances
  • Processing booking cancellation and emailing or posting client cancellation invoices
  • Emailing client extension confirmation invoices and itineraries. Emailing these to clients.
  • Preparing client travel documentation (covering letter, final itinerary, final invoice, flight tickets, ATOL certificate, travel wallet, pen, luggage labels, travel essentials & RT leaflet). Post to clients or email overseas.
  • Making sure any pre and post tour confirmations are included in travel documents
  • Checking travel documents and final itineraries before they are sent to the client.
  • Sending out tailor made client’s name board to ground agents
  • Emailing clients dossiers when they mention 'Country of Interest' on their feedback questionnaire
  • Making sure visa instruction templates for tailor made clients are correct and up-to-date
  • Managing the company post and processing brochures and post them
