Client Support Executive, Central London, Salary to £25k plus benefits
The role will provide administrative support to the Client Operations Account Managers who look after this travel clients existing B2B client programmes/accounts. You will assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operational support of existing accounts and coordinating operational set-up of new corporate accounts. Client Support Executive Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring accounts are set-up, renewed and administered efficiently and effectively.
Operate good-practice business systems, to support Account Managers.
Work with Account Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of the operational, systems, contractual and financial aspects of B2B accounts
Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance.
Support the Management Team in providing detailed information on B2B accounts.
Where directed create, produce and analyse account information, MI and reports.
Manage disputes and queries/complaints that come in from Clients to ensure that are logged, processed and resolved within set time scales.
Client Support Executive Requirements
Account support/admin/management experience, gained within any sector
Ability to identify and support in resolving complex issues
Advanced excel skills - essential.
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines.
Basic data analysis, data consolidation and reporting experience.
Strong operational and administration experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Open, honest and frank in all communications.
Is perceptive about how an organisation works.
