Client Support Executive – Adventure Travel - West London - Up to £23,000

Client Support Executive is required by an award-winning luxury adventure travel company who are renowned for their authentic travel experiences that represent true cultural exchange, personal exploration and life changing adventure. As Client Support Executive you will be joining a busy and vibrant travel operations team who are as passionate about off-the-beaten track travel as you are. The Client Support Executive will have a passion for exotic travel, with strong people and administration skills, ideally with some experience of working for a travel company in an operations, administration or customer service capacity

As Client Support Executive you will:

  • Check invoices and prepare travel documentation
  • Manage flight and hotel allocations
  • Ensure pre and post tour extensions have been confirmed
  • Create and check all Private Travel itineraries
  • Prepare and send out confirmation invoices for all travel bookings
  • Preparing all clients’ travel itineraries and travel documents, ensuring all flight tickets are issued and sent
  • Assist with data loading

The Client Support Executive will be:

  • Organised, accurate and methodical
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Strong administration and attention to detail
  • Experience of dealing with the needs of different internal departments
  • Computer literate, thorough knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Experience of using a GDS would be preferential
  • Experience of travel overseas and knowledge of a range of destinations would be preferential
