I am currently recruiting for a team of coffee shop staff, for a brand new trampoline park opening in mid-October in Kings Norton, Birmingham. Trampoline parks are fast paced, fun, energetic and thriving leisure facilities, offering young children to adults a wide range of extreme activities, including fitness and training, and of course FUN.



The role post holder will be tasked with preparing and serving customers food and drink during their visit to the park. You will need to be able to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst working in a fast paced environment, ensuring food and drinks are served in a timely manner, and also liaising with the party staff to ensure all requirements for group parties and bookings are met.



You will be ensuring all cash transactions are completed in line with company policy, whilst also ensuring that the till matches up to the end of duty report and also ensuring stock is replenished and to ensure all stock is put through the tills properly, to ensure stock take results are perfect.



There are a number of positions available, all on a shift rotation basis, and flexibility required to work evenings and weekends and also over holiday periods, as this is typically the busiest periods for trampoline parks.



Ideally you will have 2 years' experience in a customer facing catering/hospitality role which has included cash handling and you must be willing to undertake a CRB check immediately. Ideally you will hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate, or at the very least be willing to undertake the course.
