Commercial Partnerships Manager - An amazing opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a big role within a luxury airport services provider. The successful candidate will be travelling globally to secure new business in various airports around the world.

Commercial Partnerships Manager Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Commercial Partnerships Director with devising and delivering the international airline account management strategy and processes
  • Building and delivering a communications and account management plan to your clients in support of the strategy
  • Building strong relationships with the company's partners
  • Leading regular partner review and update meetings
  • Building and delivering upon budgets and revenue targets
  • Looking at creative ways in which the company can maximize revenue opportunities
  • Liaising with internal colleagues to deal promptly with any issues related to the company partnerships
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Working closely with the Commercial Partnerships team and the broader Commercial team to ensure visibility of your work and the planning of any required support
  • Ensuring that all relevant internal stakeholders are kept abreast of any new partners, changes in terms etc.
  • With the Finance team, ensure accurate monthly invoicing of all of your clients
  • Close contract management to ensure that terms are monitored, contracts renewed at the appropriate time and any rate rises are reviewed at the correct time

Commercial Partnerships Manager Skills Required

  • Proven experience in a partnership or account management role
  • Expert in negotiating partnership agreements at a senior level with external organisations
  • Experience in negotiating multi-faceted contracts, within the travel industry
  • Ability to deliver against plans and targets within an agreed timeframe
  • Strong project management skills - be able to manage your own time
  • Proactive, 'hands-on' approach
  • Strong team player with the ability to listen and share knowledge and best practice
  • Fully IT literate, with solid experience in using CRM systems
  • Confident communicator and comfortable dealing at a senior level
