This leading Aviation company serves clients across the globe, in all aspects of aircraft charter, leasing, flight management, aircraft seat sales and refurbishment. From scheduled fleet support and emergency response, to executive and group travel, they provide comprehensive solutions through our global resources, delivering flight operations of the highest standard on behalf of our clients and airline partners.
Over the past 12 months they have opened international offices, and as a result they are looking for a Company Administrator to support their teams with company secretarial and office management activities. This is a unique position with the opportunity to grow and develop the role. To be successful you will need to be a high calibre individual with a relevant business qualification, excellent organisational skills combined with great communication skills. This will be underpinned with your attention to detail and superior problem solving skills.
Company Administrator - Purpose of the Role
The Company Administrator is responsible for managing the company secretarial centrally administered activities and office management for our overseas offices. In addition to working closely with the Finance and HR functions, the role also provides additional support for the Operations Director when required. The initial focus of the role will be on international element, and will expand over time to include UK activities as needed.
