Aviation Company Administrator - up to £26k - SURREY

This leading Aviation company serves clients across the globe, in all aspects of aircraft charter, leasing, flight management, aircraft seat sales and refurbishment. From scheduled fleet support and emergency response, to executive and group travel, they provide comprehensive solutions through our global resources, delivering flight operations of the highest standard on behalf of our clients and airline partners.

Over the past 12 months they have opened international offices, and as a result they are looking for a Company Administrator to support their teams with company secretarial and office management activities. This is a unique position with the opportunity to grow and develop the role. To be successful you will need to be a high calibre individual with a relevant business qualification, excellent organisational skills combined with great communication skills. This will be underpinned with your attention to detail and superior problem solving skills.

Company Administrator - Purpose of the Role

The Company Administrator is responsible for managing the company secretarial centrally administered activities and office management for our overseas offices. In addition to working closely with the Finance and HR functions, the role also provides additional support for the Operations Director when required. The initial focus of the role will be on international element, and will expand over time to include UK activities as needed.

Company Administrator - Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule, co-ordinate and manage routine and non-routine activities of overseas offices, supporting Finance, HR and Operations
  • Produce a schedule of all regular activities that must take place and ensure they are done (e.g. annual returns, office renewals, tax filings, insurances etc)
  • Create database of contacts and local support networks for all offices
  • Create / manage central filing system for all company documentation
  • Provide first port of call support to overseas offices for queries, then direct to relevant department and manage to completion
  • Provide support on the set up, negotiation and renewal of insurances, leases, subscriptions, contracts, etc
  • Duties may include UK company secretarial activities as appropriate
  • Management of the overseas office facilities as required

Company Administrator - Knowledge, Skill and Attributes

  • Graduate with qualifications in business administration, project management, logistics or other relevant subjects
  • Previous relevant experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong administrative skills, highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Project Management skills and experience
  • Excellent relationship skills with the ability to communicate at different levels in the organisation and across the regions.
  • Excellent problem soling skills with ability to identify issues and address them and know when to ask for help for help
  • Capable of managing and prioritising your own workload while operating as part of a busy team
