Concur support specialist - Required for this expanding business travel company based in the West End. They are looking for the successful candidate to have worked within a similar role and be very strong on Sabre and Concur, they will pay up to £45,000 + benefits for this Monday to Friday position.
Concur support specialts duties
- GDS Support Specialist role is required to provide GDS and Concur Support to agents and internal departments that require assistance in resolving issues that could affect multiple points of the support structure
-Agent GDS Questions (Formats, workflow, processes)
-Provide resellers Concur OBT, implementation, issues, and general support
-Agent & Agency Implementations
Miscellaneous Ticketing and Processing Requests
-Review Bookings for Fraud
-Evaluate and escalate issues for training opportunities.
Concur support specialist skills required
-strong sabre knowledge is a must
-1 - 3 year' Concur Complete experience
-Excellent customer service skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
-Advanced knowledge of the travel industry
