We have an excellent position available for a Conference & Banqueting Assistant / Waiting Staff in Bolton.The CompanyOur client is a well renowned high profile Chef owner who is proud to be the official caterer and hospitality partner of this football club and Hotel complex. Their aim is to train, develop and recruit first class, passionate, ambitious individuals who are team players. The RoleAs Conference & Banqueting Assistant / Waiting Staff you will work well in a team as well as alone and be passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a busy and demanding environment of the catering and hospitality industry. Maintain high personal presentation and uniform standards at all times and have the ability to communicate effectively.Principal Responsibilities* Promoting a helpful and professional image to the customer, giving full cooperation to any customer requiring attention.* Attending to all customer queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with commitment to dealing with the issue in a positive way.* To anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered, to ensure customer loyalty is maintained.* Ensuring the customer is treated correctly first time and every time.* Dealing with any complaints/problems politely and positively and make every effort to resolve them.
