Conference Consultant required for this Corporate Travel Management Company in York.

This busy, successful Business Travel Company, in central York are looking to recruit for a new member of the team, in their Conference Department, dealing with all aspects of Meeting, Conference, Incentives & Groups for their Business Travel clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service to your valued clients.
- Venue source and perfectly match the needs of your clients, issuing quotes.
- Deal with groups, conferences and meetings, arranging all your clients' requirements.
- Use in-house systems.
- Deal with high volume of enquiries, as a key member within this busy team.

A suitably experienced candidate is required who has worked in a similar role, previously, perhaps from a Travel Management or Hotel background.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication, people and customer service skills with the ability to work, in a fast-paced environment, whilst delivering first class service.

A competitive basic salary is on offer, along with the genuine opportunity to progress in your career whilst working for a highly successful, highly respected company. The office operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, working shifts around these hours.
