A fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Warwickshire based training and conference facility for a Conference & Events Operations Manager to join the team on a permanent and full time basis. This state of the art facility is growing and has big plans for the future - construction is already under way to extend the operation further. Working within a well established team, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of conferences and events whilst managing your team, co-ordinating with caterers, liaising with the business development team and working closely with the marketing department. You will also work closely with your clients to discuss their requirements and provide exceptional customer service whilst ensuring effective teamwork and keeping a tight reign on your budgets. The successful candidate will be overseeing training courses, product launches and exhibitions on behalf of a variety of clients, so we are looking for a flexible and assertive team player who has the ability to multi-task and think on their feet. Client focus is key to the role and typical customers include automotive, aerospace and financial service businesses.
