We are looking for a pragmatic Meeting and Events Sales Manager to manage a successful events team. The hotel has superb conferencing facilities and your role will be to deliver a professional and efficient service to clients. You will work towards set revenue and conversion targets and focus on converting enquiries to bookings and retaining current business though effective account management.
As Conference and Events Sales Manager you will:
* Drive and motivate your team, leading by example and setting achievable targets
* Understand the hotels budget and how the Conference and Events department contributes to it
* Update and monitor the status of provisional bookings to ensure the availability of event space is correct
* Develop strategies to create maximum revenue and accurately forecast future business
* Seek client feedback
