We have a fantastic opportunity for candidates with strong leadership skills and supervisory or team leader experience within a travel sales or call centre environment to join a leading travel organisation in West Yorkshire. Our client has over 20 years experience of booking and packaging holidays and they’re seeking an experienced Contact Centre Supervisor to monitor, motivate and manage a small but busy team, driving them to success! This great new role involves supervising a team of travel industry and call centre professionals, setting targets, monitoring call volumes, ensuring service levels are adhered to and KPIs are met and generally bringing out the best in your team. For the successful candidate, our client are offering an attractive package worth up to £30k including a competitive basic salary, great benefits and an excellent commission structure.

Role of Contact Centre Supervisor:

  • Managing a small team of travel call centre professionals
  • Monitoring team and individual performance
  • Setting and monitoring sales targets
  • Monitoring call volumes and individual workloads, delegating where necessary
  • Ensuring service levels are adhered to and KPIs are met
  • Conducting team briefings and one-to-ones
  • Reporting to management

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience, within a travel sales or call centre environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility with regard to working hours as some evening and weekend work will be involved.
