Contracts Administrator,  £24,000 NORTH LONDON

 New Frontiers are now supporting our client who is looking to recruit a contracts administrator / executive / coordinator to join their Purchasing team, based in North London.  

 As a Contracts Administrator / executive / coordinator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

  • Loading and maintaining of hotel contracts as well as add on services
  • Updating rates throughout the season and loading of offers and promotions
  • Review availability on a weekly basis and update system
  • Uploading hotel pictures onto online reservations system
  • Any other office duties as required
  • Working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30hrs ONLY

Contracts Administrator / executive / coordinator skill attributes:

 ·         Experience in the Travel or working in a Hotel in Reception/Reservations/Travel ONLY    

  • Friendly and efficient telephone manners
  • Good keyboard skills and experience of using computers
  • Good numeracy and accuracy skills
  • A sound knowledge of European geography and currencies
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
  • Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
