Experienced Contract Loading Manager required for a leading, award-winning Travel Company. This is an exciting time to join this travel agency and tour operator as they continue their success story with further expansion due to recent commercial success. You will have the responsibility of Managing and overseeing the loading team and the loading of all relevant information from Direct Contacts. Salary package is highly competitive, excellent basic (negotiable/dependent on experience), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health care, pension, bonus and more!
Overview to the role:
The Contract Loading Manager role has the responsibility of Managing and Overseeing the loading team and the loading of all relevant information from our Direct Contacts, to give agents access to the best possible rates/offers on the in-house booking system. With over 650 direct contracts in place and plans to increase this number to 800 this is a key role in the company's Product Plan. Managing a team of 12 overseas loaders who load all the contracts and around 100 special offers on a weekly basis and 80 stop sales on a daily basis it's imperative the Manager takes responsibility for this and is passionate about our Directly Contracted Product.
*Management of the loading team responsible for loading of all relevant information from contracts to the CMS (internal loading system).
*Management and prioritisation of Loading of special offers received on a daily basis.
*Management of the Loading of stop sales received on a daily basis.
*Dealing with queries and communicating effectively with different departments throughout the company.
*Problem solving - Dealing with system & human errors quickly and efficiently.
*Work closely with the Product and Land Only Teams.
*Splitting the team on a daily/weekly basis dependent on priorities.
*Pro-actively chasing information from the Product Team when required.
*Investigation of any Direct Contract loading queries.
*Providing weekly updates on loading performance.
*Supporting other departments.
*People Management Skills.
*Ability to interact with people at various levels within the business.
*Flexible/Can do attitude to work.
*Keen eye for detail.
*Ability to read and interpret contracts.
*High Standard of accuracy & attention to detail.
*Ability to work to deadlines.
*Desire to hit productivity targets.
*They should enjoy working as part of a team, but be able work independently also.
Salary is dependent on experience, up to £35k and comes with an excellent benefits package including, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health care, pension, travel discounts.
