Working directly with supplier partners to negotiate on client requests
Build, develop, strengthen and maintain strong business relationship with suppliers
Attending Hotel/Services Familiarisation trips around the UK in order to develop supplier/brand knowledge and increase contacts
Negotiate group rates and conditions with suppliers
Assisting the department on the purchasing, loading and contracting of all key service suppliers.
Similar experience within the travel industry
Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
Fluency in English is essential
Strong administrative skills
Good organisational skills and, particularly, a keen eye for detail.
