Contracting / negotiator,   Central London, up to £35k   

A contract negotiator  is required to join the contracts team of bespoke luxury travel company’s contracting department

We are looking for someone from an online travel background .

This exciting role will involve:  

  • Negotiating specials / promotions where hotels have rooms for sale
  • Maintaining a database of availability and regular communication with contractor to ensure we have the right rooms at the right prices
  • Monitor the sales of new and existing hotels
  • Coordinate and prepare regular statistics
  • Freesale trips to hotels / cities to discuss deals / availability face to face
  • Assisting the rest of the freesale team with close-outs or issues arising from freesale use with our partner hotels
  • Day to day merchandising of hotels products
  • Sales and performance analysis, landing pages, product placement and merchandising review and analysis
  • Competitor, pricing and availability benchmarking against key competitors in UK market Understanding of relevant tools and reporting to make sure our client utilise information available and make data driven decisions to improve sales and    conversion
  • Coordinate any tactical and promotional activities and work closely with marketing teams to agree relevant exposure and strategy for all promotional activities
  • Work closely with digital acquisition team to drive sales through PPC, META and affiliate channels
  • Review hotel ranking and pricing strategy, to make sure our client is focusing on key properties and revenue drivers
  • Building of merchandising and promotional pages
