Contracts Manager
An experienced Contracts Manager is required for New Start Up Booking Platform Company. A New Online Marketplace for people to book accommodation in London and other European city Centers. This company is strongly backed by online industry leaders. The role includes the opportunity to establish the company's London office and execute its go to market plan.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and successfully develop a network of accommodation providers from London (short-term rental management companies and serviced apartments0 ; while leveraging the company's infrastructures
*Create and perform an offline B2B sales process
*Effectively manage contracts negotiations and close business deals
*Work collaboratively with the company's R&D , marketing and product teams (which are based overseas) in order to facilitate an effective listing process
Skills Required
*Background in the online travel industry
*Excellent presentation and communication skills
*Strong relationship skills
*Strong negotiator
*Attention to detail
*Drive and determination
*A strong work ethic

*Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 + a fantastic monthly bonus
