New Frontiers are now supporting our client, an Independent travel agency based in North London. Seeking to recruit for an exciting new opportunity created within the Contracting Team; Contracts Executive (Product and Commercial)
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive, possesses excellent negotiating and communication skills, and has the ability to maximise all given opportunities. Foreign travel is an essential element of this role, as the position requires regular contracting, photography and product sourcing trips abroad.
As a Contracts Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
Responsible for maximizing contracts through negotiating tactical and special offers at different properties under guidance
Loading product including writing copy, sourcing and editing images and maintaining full accuracy across descriptions, pricing etc.
Making travel arrangements and appointments with properties
Preparing and printing statistics
Analysis and rates comparisons of supplier and competitors
Preparing supplier contracts and documents (villas, apartments, holiday villages)
Helping the contract manager with business development opportunities in new areas with designated destinations as well as following up on new leads and opportunities
Training, updating and assisting in any queries from the reservations team.
