UKME provides a 6* service to our VIP client under the umbrella of luxury hospitality and property management. We are currently looking for a high calibre, professional Control Room Operator to join our high performing team near Chertsey, Surrey on a permanent contract.
The purpose of the Control Room Operator is to provide a surveillance service in the estate grounds and ensure there is a maximum amount of security for clients when in and out of residence. Duties include: - Ensuring the property is secure at all times and acting accordingly when a breach occurs on the grounds, using CCTV surveillance - Reporting and documenting any incidents that may occur using proper decorum and correct processes and procedures - Issuing of security keys and passes to staff and visitors when required This role involves working a minimum of 48 hours over 8 days working 4 days on and then 4 days off operating on 12 hour shifts; including weekends and bank holidays. A competitive salary plus overtime and double pay on bank holidays is available!
The successful candidate will:
* Previous experience in the provision of security support * Experience in the provision of security surveillance using CCTV * Computer literate in Microsoft Office - Ideally have experience working in high end properties * Security/Door supervisor SIA licence * be an excellent team player, highly flexible, organised and conscientious * Full clean driving licence
