Corporate Account Manager, Up to £45k, Home counties

Our client is an established TMC (Business Travel) that has over 50 years of Business Travel Management experience. With a strong and established client list within their vertical market they ware well placed, technology advanced and stable to continue their growth within the Business Travel sector.

The responsibilities of the Corporate Account Manager are as follows:

  • Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Respond to client queries, managing to service level agreement commitments and production, analysis and presentation of management reporting
  • Client face to face meetings monthly and quarterly to discuss financials and offering consultancy style recommendations for travel programmes
  • Responsible for working with clients; advising, creating and implementing their travel polices including negotiations for hotel and air contracts
  • Write proposals for RFP's and tenders
  • Tailor bespoke presentations using powerpoint
  • Involved in producing MI reports for the clients.
  • Attend network and trade events

The skills required for the Corporate Account Manager are as follows:

  • Previous experience of working in a TMC as an Account Manager
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience of writing proposals
  • Experience of powerpoint presentations
  • Strong TMC product knowledge
