Corporate Leisure Travel Consultant, London, up to £30k p.a

Fantastic boutique Travel Management agency are looking for a Corporate Leisure Travel Consultant to handle the enquiries from their clients for their personal holidays. Booking a mix of luxury holidays, cruises and City breaks you will deliver a high touch VIP service.

The responsibilities of the Corporate Leisure Consultant are as follows:

  • To provide the first point of contact for specific and ad hoc corporate leisure travel enquiries from a portfolio of clients.
  • To ensure client travel needs are fully met to their satisfaction in a timely and effective manner and within the appropriate budgetary framework
  • Provision of high-quality Account Management
  • Provision of expert advice to clients in all aspects of their personal holiday requirements
  • Administration of the full cycle of all travel bookings
  • Book and facilitate all aspects of the client’s travel, such as transfers, private jets, hotels, villas, tours, car hire, etc
  • Using Amadeus to book flights and hotels
  • Resourcing high value and exclusive properties to remote destinations

The skills required for the Corporate Leisure Travel Consultant are as follows:

  • Previous experience of booking high end value bookings to high net worth individual's and VIP's
  • Excellent product knowledge of luxury and worldwide destinations
  • Able to provide advice and best route to travel
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience of Amadeus is essential
  • IT literate with the ability to use a GDS and CRM system
