Corporate & Membership Sales Manager Fantastic Leisure centre 25k salary, a generous commission structure, plus company benefits My Client requires an ambitious and enthusiastic (target driven individual) to take on the role of Corporate & Membership Sales Manager at their newly renovated centre in Milton Keynes. This Leisure Centre is the largest multi-sport site in Milton Keynes and has just benefited from a 1.5million investment with brand new studios, changing rooms and a Costa cafe area. Located in one of the original villages it is a community hub which provides opportunities in a variety of sports for recreational and competitive sport up to national level. You'll be spoilt for choice for classes, gym, swim, sports hall or outdoor pitch facilities. The role: To deliver a monthly leads target allocated by the General Manager through self-generated activity.Manage the sales and relationship of an assigned portfolio of corporate accountsIdentify new sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as enrolling new companiesMeet with company contacts on a quarterly basisEnsure Database is kept up to date with all relevant account informationWork with the sales team to generate marketing collateralCompile and deliver a monthly corporate newsletterHold quarterly open days at all key accountsAssist in the organization of any 'Club Awareness Events'Set monthly enrolment windows for designated accountsTo manage the sales team in the lead site. The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 year's sales management & corporate account management experience, ideally this will be in a field related to the health and fitness industry. However this is not essential for the right calibre of candidate. You must have an extremely engaging, professional approach and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding set targets.
