As a Costa Coffee Supervisor, you will lead the team on shift to deliver the best coffee experience to every guest. You'll take responsibility for training and motivating the team, making sure that Costa brand standards are delivered and managing the store in the Costa Coffee Manager's absence. This will involve opening and closing the store as well as taking accountability for cash, stock and ordering. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and friendly manner and outstanding guest service skills, who can communicate confidently with the team. You will need to have experience of working in a guest-facing environment at supervisor level or above.
