The Costa Coffee Manager is responsible for leading the Costa team in every aspect to deliver the best coffee experience to every guest every time. You will motivate and coach the team to deliver the highest standards possible to our guests. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering brand standards at all times, ensuring the store is operating at its full potential as well as ensuring that all checks and health and safety standards are fully complied with and the stock and order system for food and consumerables is managed effectively. You must also ensure that company standards and guidelines are followed at all times. Overall, we are looking for someone with operational management or supervisory experience gained in a guest-facing environment. You will be enthusiastic to deliver outstanding guest service with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. You will be able to communicate at every level, have a flexible approach and be open and honest.
