Due to remarkable growth we are now seeking an experienced Credit Control Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate would become an integral part of the credit control team with responsibility for their own ledger, multi-currency. This role is ideal for an experienced Credit Control Assistant seeking career progression and something a little different in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.
Checking sales invoices to ensure correct treatment
Contact clients and chase payments by phone
Monthly reporting of those accounts of concern
Daily registering of all S&M receipts
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Assist and help other members of the team when required.
Experience with credit control is imperative
Experience dealing with a large number of transactions
Good knowledge of the MS Office Applications
Communicate professionally and assertively to both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive approach to investigate and resolve issues
Additional European language is a benefit but not necessity.
