CRM Manager, Surrey, Up To £45,000

Prospects 4 Travel are currently recruiting for a CRM Manager on behalf of our client who are major events organiser. The successful candidate will be responsible for CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and Digital Marketing Support Specialists and will lead and support delivery of CRM strategies including customer acquisition and retention campaigns, encouraging customer retention and brand loyalty. 

The Key responsibilities of the CRM Manger role are:

  • Influence stakeholders and cross-group teams to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the business 
  • Improve the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) in terms of usability for sales and marketing and data quality for campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver CRM  (Microsoft Dynamics) strategies across the group
  • Acquisition campaigns to convert guests to future bookers and recognised customers
  • Retention campaigns, from concept to post-event analysis
  • Campaign management (creative, campaign proposal, preparation, overseeing the production process, execution and reporting back results)
  • Ensuring the CRM  (Microsoft Dynamics) platform structure and architecture works seamlessly and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Customer Journey Mapping - analysing touch points and maximising commercial opportunities
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM/Email Marketing Platform
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Provision of Marketing KPI reporting in regard to CRM and marketing performance
  • Support the Group Head of Marketing and Head of Business Services in the development of the group wide customer strategy
  • Support the development and ongoing execution of a plan to develop and manage group data
  • Support all Regional Heads of Marketing to deliver in-market, tactical campaigns
  • The provision of CRM  (Microsoft Dynamics) support or insight as requested by group sponsorship, group marketing or group sales teams to inform and drive their plans/activity
  • Help develop marketing team members with their knowledge, skills and execution of email marketing and use of CRM  (Microsoft Dynamics) 
  • To be a champion for the customer at all times, in the execution of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) use, marketing activity and campaigns.
