As Cruise Sales Consultant, in the Ocean or River Team, you are the first point of contact for our direct and travel agency partners about our Ocean or River itineraries. Using your sales skills and experience, you will convert Ocean enquiries to bookings, making sure that agreed targets are achieved whilst ensuring that exceptional customer service is given at all times. You will be required to develop relationships with clients in order to attain loyalty by providing a complete service by servicing both sales and aftersales calls. Furthermore, this Cruise Sales Consultant role will require you to meet individual and team targets in order to get OTE of up to £45000.
As Cruise Sales Consultant, you will be:
The successful Cruise Sales Consultant will have excellent communication skills, a great attention to detail, be a proactive problem solver, have the ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency to meet call handling targets. Additionally, a strong geographical knowledge, flexibility and the willingness to exceed customer’s expectations are a must. Lastly a passion for selling and a proven track record of hitting given targets is essential for this role. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role and similarly experience in the cruise industry. Call centre experience is preferential but not essential.
