Cruise Sales Consultant (Office Based or Homeworking

Hours: Full time (37.5 hrs per week)

Salary: Basic Salary OTE £22,000+

The role of Cruise Sales have become available and we are looking for outstanding sales individuals to come and work in our busy cruise call centre based in Prestwich, Greater Manchester or from the own comfort of their home.  With a passion for all things Cruise, selling, delivering excellent service, bringing new initiatives to the forefront we would like to hear from you. Working closely with the sales team and call centre manager in this thriving sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking enquires over the phone and via email for a variety of cruise itineraries
  • Offering a friendly informative service
  • Closing the sale to confirm the customers cruise itinerary with accuracy
  • Reaching and exceeding sales targets to earn additional commission
  • Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities
  • Administration duties to complete customer transactions

Experience:

The successful candidate will have strong sales experience and be extremely customer focused to offer exceptional service preferably gained within the Travel Industry.

  • A keen interest and enthusiasm for Travel, Sales and providing a quality service
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers
  • Motivated and have the ability to achieve/exceed personal & business sales targets
  • Able to work as part of a team and with other teams as well as unsupervised
  • Able to perform under pressure in a busy environment
  • A responsible attitude including use of own initiative and adaptability.
